hi can anyone tell me wowfreakz whana put Legendari shop in Dalaran or not? Surprise

If you are talking about the Legendary vendor (Arcanomancer Vridiel) that sells Legendaries for (wakening essences) then that wont be available untill patch 7.3.5 Freakz is currently 7.2.5 so that will be a long while.

You can however upgrade 7.1.5 Legendaries at the same vendor for writhing essences at this moment, 940-970 ilvl
