Bug description: Quest item does not drop from Advisor Melandrus as it should.

Edit note:I wrongly assumed that all the crafting quests don't work because of the CoS. I've tested other quests and dropped the items, so I edited the post and left only the problematic CoS one.

I've noticed that m0 bosses in CoS sometimes dont trigger kill credit. After spending half a day in there trying to get a kill credit to get https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=146680&&name=melandrus-star-touched-bracers I still dont have the quest item.

Proof: https://armory.wow-freakz.com/character/felsong/unmasked as you can see i only get credit for the second boss while clearing all 3 of them each run.

That might be the reason for the other quests not working also, though I haven't tested on other professions.


EDIT: The quest item dropped for me on m2 in party mode.

Cant even take quests of this npc. Bought recipe of "The Sentinel's Eternal Refuge" and cant start quest chain to get legendary reagents.

Please make https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=46692&&&&name=the-owl-and-the-dreadlord autocomplete.

Its not fair that all proffs can complete their questline and mail lgendary can't be crafted since required instance is not implemented.

Also mythic loot cd shouldn't affect quest item drop.

Now required items that you need to get in m0 (on every prof) drops only for 1 player in party.
That means if anyone else in party gets the item - you can't loot it untill next week bc of mythic loot cd.
