Bug description: recipe doesnt drop (should have 100% drop rate for everyone with alchemy, skill level or know recipes doesnt matter)

THe room where nazak is located there is panda guy, click on him and he should give you recipe 3 potion. Like u cant enter the room w/o going near him

Rejected, you can get the rank 3 recipe from the Panda npc before entering Nazak's lair
