Basic solutions:
Errors at login
  • We couldn't log you in with what you just entered. Please try again. (BLZ51900003)

If you already tried that and doesn't work, try those solutions:

Remember, try all solutions in this order! Its very important.

1: -work for windows 10 (test by me):

First of all remove temporary files from internet explorer.
-open Internet Explorer, press Left ALT button, Tools, Internet Options, General: Browsing history: Delete temporary files.
a. Type msconfig in Run .. Services. Search for any kind of service who has Unknow Manufacturer. Disable them.
b. Type msconfig in Run.
c. Services Tab . Look for Net. Tcp. Port Sharing Center ( https://imgur.com/a/wl94R ) . For me it.s running now. But i had it disabled..
d. To enable it do this. write services.msc in Run . (Local) task. Look for Net Tcp Port sharing Center . Change the startup type to automatic. Apply. Then ok. After this, start the process.
e. Restart your pc. The old error should disappear. and remplace with a new one like We couldn't log you in with what you just entered. Please try again. (BLZ51900003) . Redownload the launcher.
-Also for windows like 8. 10 . Check in services task. For Intel(R) Content Protection HECI Service. .and Disc Soft Lite Bus Service . 2nd it.s from daemon tools tools lite. That harm your pc. Disable both. Same restart pc. And do the above .

2: work for all windows versions (test by me):

Right click on Network from tray icon
Open network & Internet settings
Change adapter options
Right click on Ethernet(/your network device)
Properties
Configure...
Advanced
If you have an option to set the Speed&Duplex setting set it to 100BaseTX Full Duplex. / 1Gbps Full Duplex or max.
If you have an option to set the TCP/UDP Checksum Offload setting (IPv4), may vary in specific naming, disable this setting.

Changing these options will normally cause your connection to reset temporarily. You may also have to restart your system after changing these options to connect to the internet once more

After this, Remove the Temporary Files:
The first step to solving this problem is to delete your entire Cache folder(located in the World of Warcraft directory)
The second step to solving this problem is to delete your temporary data files (located in C:Windows\\Temp) AND open Internet Explorer, press Left ALT button, Tools, Internet Options, General: Browsing history: Delete temporary files.

Log on wow-freakz.com website with your account, and switch realms 3-4 times (MOP>LEGION>LEGION>MOP).

3: //was not tried yet:

If you already disabled your anti-virus software try to temporarily uninstall it. We have seen this error caused by AVG, Avast, McAfee and Norton. Disabling doesn't always work depending on the program and a temp uninstall is the only way.

- If you use Geforce Experience or AMD Evolved also make sure they are disabled near the system's clock.

- Bypass the router to ensure it's not a router port issue.

4: Redownload launcher

Delete Cache folder from Data directory
Also try deleting launcher_freakz64.exe and wow64.exe and open launcher_freakz.exe - but redownload launcher from here https://www.wow-freakz.com/legion_download
Uncheck read only from DATA folder
