As far as I know about that, you should have a glyph so the players stay in the same place they were feared. Also it's true that when you use Intimidating Shout (without the glyph) on a player, it teleports randomly, when they should run. It's weird for PvP, because you see the player in front of you, but you can attack him. If you charge him, you will see the real position of the player.

I will try to give some proofs about the movement bug as soon as possible.

Depending on how unlucky you are, fears (all type of fears, from all classes) "teleport" the player. It's a general problem, but as a warrior you have the glyph to fix it, and the glyph works

Tested this again today, to see if it's still valid, and it is. It seems to concern all fear effects, not just warrior's intimidating shout. Warlocks, priest seem to have the same problem.
When you use fear, you can't see the enemy player positioning properly. You see him at a location, but in reality, he is at a totally different location. Even with the glyph, you don't know where the enemy player is, because there is a small area that he can be in, 2 yards to the left or right. You have to spend about 2 seconds or so, adjusting your character to the left or right (that is if you are a warrior/melee class), and see when your char starts autoattacking, and then, you will have a notion about where the enemy player is positioned.

Confirmed.
