Confirmed , I just tested it myself aswell. The offhand runeforge enchants don't proc in properly in Challenges/arenas/bgs .

Razorice is applied on the dummy . They work fine on your screenshot you have 15% str increase from unholy strenght and 5 razorice stacks ????

I can confirm that this is happening .

Yeah , terrain poses a problem too , not all the time in some cases it indeed does hit but that's 1 in a few hundred of cases .

As you already stated . It indeed is a LoS issue , this has been an issue since 7.1.5.

This was a temporary bug , it's not happening on live anymore .

Does this bug still happen ? I can't seem to replicate it , it's always 4 targets affected.

And why do you think I mentioned bad rng with waist /SC

? Problem is I can't find it for now , the shard generation procs from Agony or well I cant find the reason behind why it doesn't work properly on that boss but works everywhere else or well for everyone else ?

Okay so , from what I've tested both on Live and Test realm on normal mode the Shard generation is a bit lowerish but nothing too unusual happened . I never completely ran out of shards like you did for a minute , even when my soulwell got bugged out .
Major factor is that you should play a bit conservative with shard ...

I tested it just now . I autoattacked the add in Classhall and casted Taunt from voidwaler immediately afterwards and the add swapped target to him+ got applied suffering debuff on both specs .
