Bug description: Adds that spawn from certain locations can drop Orbs from anywhere (Like in the image from the sky), making explosive incredibly annoying to control in bosses. Probably need to check Dresaron in Dht, Rokmora in NL, Inquisitor in Votw and more

Corfirm.

Plus that mobs should spam like 1 orb at a time, but adds from bosses spam at least 3 orbs every time, and the spam time is like every 5 secs.

Confirmed, Inquisitor in VoW is spawning orbs from the orbs that cast the rays which disorient us.
