Ce parere aveti Truth\Fake?
Caror riscuri ma expun daca consum coji de oua macinate si ce efect benefic voi obtine si cum va trebui sa fie programul de tratament si doza maxima pe zi sau la o masa

O zic din experienta personala, cand eram mic, la bunici, stiu ca aruncau cojiile de ou la gaini si acestea le mancau, acuma nu stiu sigur cat de benefic e pentru organismul uman, insa am auzit tot din batrani, luau cojile de ou, le spalau bine , le lasau la uscat, pe urma le puneau intr-o plasa, sau cum aveau batranele, batic sau ciorap de dama, etc. , apoi le faramitau pe un fund de stiu eo, lemn sau vas, mai solid, pana devenea cau un praf, si le amestecau cu suc de lamaie si miere, turna amestecul intr-un borcan si il lasau la macerat timp de o saptamana in camara, si il mai agitau din cand in cand in acea saptamana, in rest stiu ca il consumau de 2 chiar 3 ori pe zi, cate o lingurita la mesele principale amestecat cu ceai sau apa, probabil avantajul major pe care il are acest procedeu, este acela ca este sintetizat prin cale naturala si nu prin procedee chimice cum sunt cele din farmacii /plafar/supermarket-uri.

Cojile de ou, se piseaza bine, se amesteca cu miere si se ia cate o lingurita in fiecare dimineata. Contin foarte mult calciu, si te ajuta sa ai o zi cat se poate de energica.

Nu am pierdere de calciu,beau lapte zilnic and all that stuff,Pe langa efectul benefic nu prezinta riscuri? sa nu ma imbolnavesc sau ceva,O doza recomandata?

Si am citit undeva ca e bine sa mananci doar oua naturale de la tara,cele de la magazin au chinimace,ce parere aveti?

Sunt foarte sanatoase , contin calciu , dar nu consumati exagerat , da se dau la gaini , pentru a le intari coaja oualelor ce vor urma a fi facute .
Se macina in rasnita se ia cu lapte , cu cafea sau cu miere .... se poate lua chiar si cu sifon / apa minerala.

Se spala cojile de oua bine, dupa care se pun cateva zile la uscat. Se pun apoi intr-o bucata de panza curata si rezistenta si se preseaza pe un fund de lemn, maruntindu-le astfel pana ajung la dimensiuni de cca 3x3 mm. Cojile astfel sfaramitate se macina cu o rasnita de cafea pana cand devin ca o faina. Intr-un vas de sticla se amesteca o parte praf de coji de oua cu doua parti miere si o parte suc de lamaie sau vin alb.


Sursa de Calciu.

2-3 lingurite pe zi.
Nu exista riscuri.
