Deci toti stim ca daca vrei muschi - iti trebuie PROTEINE si CARBOHIDRATI(dulciuri)

Deci inainte de sala ne asiguram ca avem destule proteine "in" noi

Cu 30 min inainte de a pleca ar trebuie sa mancati (minim)

2 oua fierte (nu prajite)
Branza cu sau fara rosi
Lapte (si lapte cu cafea)
Unt
Pateu
Chiar si carne (asta fff rar ca nu prea este buna si chiar nu recomand)
Si anumite legume (rosi, spanac, salata etc)


Si ca proteinele sa se lipeasca si sa se depuna pe muschi asigurativa niste dulciuri ( exp: baton de ciocolata, ciocolata, etc. )

Si dupa ce faceti cate o serie de exerciti beti apa nu sucuri nu nimic doar apa asta asigura hidratarea muschilor si depunderea de proteine.

la sala,trebuie mancare consistenta,dak vrei sa cresti mai repede date pe proteine,sau batoane,dar o crestere musculara naturala se face cu mancare consistenta,carne,salam,etc ptr sala,acasa mananci mancare sanatoasa,mancare calda,ciorba,mancare care contine legume,

daca vrei sa pui masa pe tine eu zic sa o lasi moale vara asta cu sala:) nu se depune masa in timpul verii.. din multe motive pe care le poti cauta pe google.
PS: daca vrei sa slabesti, lasa sala vara asta.. du-te si alearga 4-5 zile pe saptamana, joaca un fotbal/baschet, un volei pe plaja.. ce vrei tu.. si pe langa astea mai poti face si niste flotari/abdomene acasa

ca sa pui masa musculara trebuie sa ai mese stabilite , cu produse care contin proteine. daca vrei sa cresti repede ia 2-3kg de proteina si bagi in tine , dar in aman2 cazurile trebuie sa ai mese stabilite , fara dulciuri si alte porcarii ( junk food )
